Tigogenin Acetate (6-o-acetyl-3-hydroxytetraenol-3, 5-dicarboxylate) is a natural phytosterol compound. It is a white crystalline solid, soluble in acetic acid and organic solvents such as methanol and ethanol, but insoluble in water.
Tigogenin Acetate is widely used in anabolic steroid drugs and commodity perfume manufacturing and other fields.
